Scottish Presbyterianism and English Puritanism are not excluded but its continuity is subject to the sacramental & liturgical piety (lex orandi, lex credendi) of the Reformed Catholic spirit of the evangelical protest movement of the 16th century: "sola Scriptura, sola fide, sola gratia, solus Christus, soli Deo gloria" ...
